For communities that are applying for CDBG Funds in the 2021 Application Cycle:

DCA will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS of RAS applications beginning with the FY21 application cycle. Applications and Annual Reports must be made through the DCA GrAAM System found here: https://gn.ecivis.com/GO/gn_redir/T/1l5s7r1mjlpps.

For communities who are already designated RAS BUT ARE NOT SUBMITTING A CDBG APPLICATION FOR 2021:

DCA will only accept ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS of the RAS Annual Update and applicants  must submit the RAS 2 information though DCA’s WEB_GMS System found here: https://cdbg.dca.ga.gov/web_gms.html
