The State of Georgia's Method of Distribution (MOD) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is a document required by HUD that must be used by the State in order to fairly and equitably distribute Georgia's allocation of non-entitlement CDBG funds. The MOD set out, among other things, maximum grant awards and matching requirements.
