FY2018 Small Area FMRs

This system provides a lookup of Small Area rents for metropolitan areas. After selecting the desired geography, the user is provided a page containing a summary of the small area FY 2018 rents for the selected area. The metropolitan areas are the same as those used in the calculation of metropolitan area-wide Fair Market Rents.
