Exceeding Excellence Program Overview
Did you receive excellent service from a DCA staffer? If so, DCA wants to hear about it!
DCA's Exceeding Excellence Customer Service Recognition Program allows you to recognize a job "very well done." The program represents an innovative effort that allows DCA team members and our external customers to recognize DCA team members for providing excellent customer service that goes above and beyond normal job duties.
An overview is provided below:
- Eligibility – Any DCA team member can be nominated for providing excellent customer service.
- Nominations – May be made by any DCA customers or staffers. Nominations are reviewed by selection committees in each division that recommends a candidate for the quarterly award.
- Selection – DCA leadership choose a quarterly winner from division recommendations. DCA’s Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners are not eligible for nomination or selection.
- Recognition – All nominees for the quarterly award will be recognized on the DCA Intranet, the DCA monthly newsletter and at an annual employee recognition event.
