Commissioner Mike Beatty announced DCA's Efficient or Visitable OwnHOME Program which provides a $7,500 loan to use towards down payment, closing costs, prepaid expenses, and principal reduction for the purchase of homes that are energy efficient or homes that are easily visitable by individuals with disabilities.
