Use of the CIE Update Forms provided below will increase the likelihood of speedy approval of a community's required annual CIE update. If these forms are used as the model for a submittal and filled in appropriately, all the required information will be presented in a consistent format that is easily reviewable.

SDS BUILDER (Service Delivery Strategy Forms)
The SDS Builder provides local governments the ability to create and update their Service Delivery Strategies online. Beginning in August 2011, it replaces the the former paper-driven system. This database is password-protected, and is currently available only to local governments and Regional Commissions. Future database improvements will include a guest portal for all users wanting to review existing Service Delivery Strategies.
